Dear Valued Friend and Client,
Our careers have always been devoted to helping people make the right moves and now we’re excited to tell you about a move of our own. On March 24th we officially joined Keller Williams as real estate professionals. Keller Williams is the second largest real estate company, based on number of agents, in the entire country and is showing rapid growth right here in the Denver metro area.
We have been very impressed by Keller Williams and the opportunities for growth and development that they offer their Realtors. We are especially interested in their business model which has led us to set a future goal for ourselves of opening the very first Keller Williams office in Arvada.
We make this change coming off of a very productive year in 2010. Last year, we were proud to be the number one ranked Realtors in our Arvada-based RE/MAX Alliance office, based on sales volume. And, we were fifth highest (out of 900 agents) in the state of Colorado based on volume.
As we contemplated a move, we were very concerned about what would be most advantageous for our customers. In addition to Keller Williams’ size and reach, we believe you will enjoy the benefits of their commitment to technology. In this fast paced, ever-changing housing market, Keller Williams does an admirable job helping agents with effective marketing of properties including email marketing and the use of other social media.
As we turn the page on our association with Re/Max, we do so with immense gratitude. We started our real estate careers there 17 years ago and truly appreciate the experience we gained, the lessons we learned and the lasting friendships we made.
In closing, we want to thank you for the trust and confidence you place in us. While the corporate name on our logo will change, one thing will stay the same: our passionate commitment to truly doing everything in our power to serve you well.
