Born in Chicago, Glenn moved to Arvada in 1972, although not a Colorado native like his wife, Gaye, he can’t think of another place he would rather call home. Other than his time in college at Oklahoma Christian University, Glenn has remained right here in Colorado.
Glenn started his real estate career in the mortgage lending side of things and spent 22 years as a lender. He started his career with a real estate franchise formerly known as Realty World in 1984 and subsequently worked for a variety of banks and savings and loans until he started his own mortgage company. He joined Gaye in the real estate sales side in 2004 and brings his vast knowledge of the lending industry with him, which helps tremendously in today’s tough lending environment. Clients say they appreciate Glenn’s friendly and engaging personal style as well as his professional integrity and wide ranging business acumen.
In addition to his comprehensive real estate and lending experience, Glenn holds his securities and insurance licenses. He also regularly facilitates the Dave Ramsey course of Financial Peace University and together with Gaye is recognized as part of Dave
Ramsey’s preferred Realtors in the Denver area. These impressive credentials make him uniquely qualified to advise and assist clients on a variety of real estate transactions.
Married to Gaye for the 27 best years of his life, Glenn spends much of his free time involved in church leadership and growth. He also enjoys spending time serving on Missions trips, particularly going to poverty stricken areas of Mexico and building houses for the homeless.
