Gaye consistently ranks in the top one percent of Realtors nationwide and was recognized as one of the top 5 highest producing real estate agents with her previous company, ReMax Alliance. While with ReMax, Gaye received all the highest honors that they give
out, including the Chairman’s Club and elite Hall of Fame. She made the switch to Keller Williams in 2011 with a renewed energy and excitement for the tools, technology and training that this up and coming company will provide, and looks forward to breaking more records and reaching new levels of production.
Though these numbers and awards tell an important story, they do not tell the whole story. Gaye’s greatest concern is not making the numbers but making sure her clients are completely satisfied with the service and results they receive. Ultimately this philosophy

Gaye’s passion in life is to serve others, whether it is a client, co-worker, neighbor or friend. She does all with sincerity, warmth and enthusiasm. She lives by the wisdom, “to whom much is given much is expected in return”. Gaye believes she is richly blessed and it is her life’s desire to share her blessings by giving to others.
Born in Boulder, Gaye is proud to be a Colorado native. She moved to Arvada, a suburb west of Denver, when she was seven years old and has lived here ever since, with the exception of living in Oklahoma to attend college. She has been married to Glenn, who
is also her real estate partner for 27 happy years, Together, they have a daughter, Briana, who was recently married to Matt Davis, and a son, Brandon who is a student at CSU.
Gaye cares deeply about her community as well as her clients. She has served on the Board of Directors for the Duncan Family YMCA, was PTA President of West Woods Elementary, Drake Middle School and Ralston Valley High School, and together with Glenn oversees the Outreach Ministry at their church, Faith Bible Chapel – Carr Street. Gaye is a sought after public speaker who enjoys addressing business and women’s groups on sales and motivational topics.
